Props & Setup: A Realistic and Safe Mini Firefighting Zone

Our setup brings the fire station to life with colorful, kid-friendly props and decor that feel just like the real thing—but in miniature size. Key props include:

• Mini Firetruck Front Prop: A realistic, life-size front of a firetruck where kids can pose for photos and imagine themselves arriving at an emergency scene.

• Fire Helmets and Vests: Durable and lightweight gear that makes every child feel like a true firefighter. Each participant suits up before the mission begins.

• Water Sprayers: Specially designed for children, these hand-held sprayers let kids safely spray water to simulate putting out fires.

• Soft Flame Targets: Bright, cartoon-style flame cutouts made from soft, weather-resistant materials are attached to a cardboard "burning" house to simulate a fire emergency.

The space is secure, well-staffed, and equipped to allow children to play safely while they take on their firefighting adventure.

The Activity: Respond to the Emergency, Save the Day!

Once the children are dressed in their fire helmets and vests, they gather at the fire station for a quick team briefing. An engaging staff member, playing the role of the fire chief, sounds the alarm: "We’ve got an emergency! A house is on fire!" The group is called into action with flashing lights and a fun sound cue.

Children rush to grab their water sprayers and head to the scene of the cardboard house, where soft flame targets are “burning” on the windows and roof. Their mission is to aim carefully and “put out” all the flames using teamwork and good aim. The sense of urgency, collaboration, and pretend danger makes the activity exhilarating, while still being completely safe and age-appropriate.

Once the fire is "out," the young firefighters gather again for high-fives, applause, and a short debrief about what they did and why firefighters are important in real life. They also get the chance to take photos in front of the mini firetruck and receive a “Junior Firefighter” sticker badge to commemorate their bravery.
